Do I build houses on personal property (not in my subdivisions)?

About 50% of the houses I build are on other people's property.

How long does it take to build a house?

Depending on the weather and size, 2,000 square foot house takes about 4 months from start to finish to complete.

How much does it cost to build?

House prices vary greatly depending on 3 factors: Design, size, and amenities. Being that the needs/wants change between homeowners, it is difficult to give a common price per foot. After determining these factors, a rough estimate can usually be determined.

Do you have just a few plans you build?

I draw/design plans myself so any plan idea can be built.

How long does it take to draw plans?

A plan can usually be developed in a couple weeks.
